Our 90-Day Coaching Program includes 3 modules to help you discover, clarify and take action toward your goals.

Each 4-week module includes a weekly 1-hour live meeting via Zoom (preferred) or by phone, worksheets, strategies and action plans tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Module 1: Goal Setting & Planning

Module 1 helps you identify your specific goals, present habits and perceptions. We look at where you are now and where you wish to go in order to assist you in creating and implementing a path to achieving your goals.

Module 2: Actions & New Habits

Module 2 combines education about the nutrition and basic anatomy in order to help you understand and identify what your body needs to function optimally as an athlete. We revisit and fine-tune goals and devise strategies

 

Module 3: Nutrition & Momentum

Module 3 explores specific foods and superfoods that support athletic performance and recovery.  This module also helps you maintain momentum towards your goals. We offer an option to continue with coaching beyond the 90-day period if so desired, with flexible meeting and working plans.

Hi I'm Carol 

I am a holistic health and life coach. My certifications include Practitioner Coach, Hippocrates Lifestyle Mentor, Vegan coach, Whole food Plant-Based Nutrition, NCCAOM® Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and licensed acupuncturist.  I’m also a super-food enthusiast, raw food vegan athlete and an ultra runner.

I help adult athletes and active individuals create a customized plan and put their plans into tangible action steps and life changing habits. Together we measure results and fine-tune results so that athletes and aspiring athletes of all abilities can reach and maintain peak physical performance and improve their lives.
